We work on an appointment system only!
- If we do not have an appointment available when you want it, we can give you the "next available" appointment and will be glad to put you on our "cancellation list". This will enable us to work you into a quicker appointment when someone cancels!
- If you "walk-in" we will be glad to see you if the schedule allows it. Please understand that a client without an appointment puts added stress on staff, puts us behind for other clients appointments, and extends our working hours, therefore, if you walk-in without an appointment, you may incur additional costs. Please call ahead. Depending upon the urgency and the situation, we will do our best to work you in without the additional charges.
- We do not overbook and we stick closely to our schedule. During Covid, we are limiting appointments to two per hour (30 minute appointments)! If you are 15-30 minutes late, you have basically missed your appointment and you may have to re-schedule if we are unable due to time, to work you in.
- We have multiple telephone lines into the clinic and your call will roll over, so if we do not answer, please leave a message and we will return your call as quickly as possible! You can also TEXT us on our main number! Making multiple calls to the clinic does not mean we will answer sooner! Please understand that we may be trying to save someone's pet's life and if that is the case, everyone is called into service! You would want us to care for your pet in the best possible manner too! If your call is late in the day or after hours, just text your message because sometimes voice messages are not understandable or we could not hear it.
We appreciate our clients and do everything we can to make your visit with us a pleasant experience, not only for YOU, but for your furry friends!
CANCELLATION POLICY: "New" or previous "No Call, No Show" clients are required to place a non-refundable deposit for an appointment. Please understand that we usually have a waiting list and if you do not show, you are preventing others from getting a much needed appointment. We require a 24 hour advance notice to cancel and you will be given a cancellation number as proof of your call. A phone message or text is not proof of cancellation. The deposit will be used for the services on the scheduled appointment. If you miss a confirmed surgery appointment, you will be required to place a non-refundable deposit of half the total of the estimate which you have received.
By giving a deposit, you agree that if you do not call to cancel your deposit is non-refundable and will pay for a missed appointment.
