We work on an appointment system only!

  • If we do not have an appointment available when you want it, we will be glad to put you on our "cancellation list" and will work you into a quicker appointment if someone cancels!
  • If you "walk-in" we will be glad to see you if the schedule allows it. Please understand that a client without an appointment puts added stress on staff, puts us behind for other clients appointments, and extends our working hours, therefore, if you walk-in without an appointment, you may incur additional costs. Please call ahead. Depending upon the urgency and the situation, we will do our best to work you in without the additional charges.  
  • We do not overbook and we stick closely to our schedule. If you are 15 minutes late, you have basically missed your appointment and it is possible that you may have to re-schedule if we can not work you in.
  • We have three telephone lines into the clinic and your call will roll over, so if we do not answer, please leave a message and we will return your call as quickly as possible! We check voice mail every couple of hours. Multiple calls to the clinic does not mean we will answer sooner! Please understand that we may be trying to save someone's pet's life and if that is the case, everyone is called into service! You would want us to care for your pet in the best possible manner too! IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE within 3 hours (or if your call is late in the day, by the next morning), perhaps your message was not understandable or we could not hear it. Please forgive us and call again!

We appreciate our clients and do everything we can to make your visit with us a pleasant experience, not only for YOU, but for your furry friends!

CANCELLATION POLICY: We usually have a waiting list!  If you are a "No Call, No Show", understand that you are preventing others from getting a much needed appointment.  We require a 24 hour advance notice to cancel and you will be given a cancellation number as proof of your call.  A phone message or text is not proof of cancellation.  You may be required to place a deposit before getting another appointment.  This can be used for the services on that next scheduled appointment.  By giving that deposit, you agree that if you do not call to cancel a second time, your deposit is non-refundable and will pay for a missed appointment.
